Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Myynk. By using this deployment, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and applicable law.

1) Service purpose and scope

Myynk is a community platform organized into Spaces, with transparent ranking (Resonance), contextual reputation, and governance flows such as jury moderation and steward accountability. The service may evolve over phases, including experimental and pre-launch functionality.

2) Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Additional product gates may apply to specific actions (for example, account-age requirements for creating Spaces).

3) Member conduct

You may not use Myynk to break the law, harass others, coordinate abuse, manipulate governance outcomes, or post prohibited content (including threats, doxxing, or sexual material involving minors). You remain responsible for your content even when anonymity display options are used.

4) Content, licenses, and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant Myynk a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service and related product features (for example, feeds, previews, search, and moderation workflows). You represent that you have rights to the content you post.

5) Moderation and governance

Myynk is designed for visible, community-centered governance. Content may be reviewed via flagging and jury workflows; steward authority is constrained by platform rules and can be challenged through No Confidence mechanics where enabled. For severe legal and safety categories, operators may remove content or restrict access immediately.

6) Privacy and data posture

This deployment follows a no-data-brokerage product direction. Operational data is still processed to run the service, enforce safety, prevent abuse, and comply with law. A dedicated Privacy Policy governs data details.

7) Availability and changes

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part, including phased features, feeds, and governance mechanics. We may update these Terms over time; continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

8) Enforcement and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, guidelines, or law, including attempts to evade enforcement. Where practical, users should use in-app reporting and documented safety channels for disputes and escalations.

9) Disclaimers and liability

Myynk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myynk disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10) Contact

For legal or safety escalations, publish your live contact path (for example, abuse@your-domain.com) before public launch.
