Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how this Myynk deployment handles personal data. It should be reviewed together with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
1) Data we process
We process account and profile information you provide (for example username, display details, and profile links), content you post (including comments and flags), and service activity needed to operate feeds, governance, abuse prevention, and reliability.
2) Why we process data
Data is processed to run Myynk features (Spaces, posting, search, moderation workflows, and account access), maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. Myynk does not adopt a data-brokerage business model.
3) Moderation and legal safety
Some trust and safety records may be retained as needed for dispute handling, abuse response, legal reporting obligations, or investigation support. Severe legal categories may require immediate operator action independent of routine jury flow.
4) Children and restricted content
This deployment is not designed for illegal sexual content involving minors. Operators must follow applicable law for severe categories and should publish clear age and regional compliance positions before broad public launch.
5) Data requests and deletion
Full export/deletion automation may be phased. Until dedicated tooling is launched, users should use available account controls and published support/legal channels for requests.
6) Contact and updates
Before public launch, replace placeholders with monitored legal/safety contacts (for example, privacy@your-domain.com and abuse@your-domain.com). This policy may be updated as product and legal requirements evolve.
